The Ability to Learn is a Human Right
But not a right all humans have
The 61,000 residents of Mondulkiri province have access to only one upper secondary school. The people of the Bunong village in Mondulkiri are regarded as an uncivilised and ignorant people by the Khmer society. Due to inadequate infrastructure, school completion rates amongst the Bunong people are the lowest in the country. 95% of males and 97% of females leave school before the age of 10. Having a full education is not a right these children have.
